Through this petition, the petitioners pray for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the payment of annuity amount on account of compulsory acquisition of their land by the State of Haryana. The respondents are not making payment of annual annuity as per the comprehensive revised policy for rehabilitation and resettlement of land owners - land acquisition oustees.
