This is a Civil Writ Petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the notice dated 20.06.2026 (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the notice dated 20.06.2026 has been received by the petitioner on 22.06.2026. 3.

Learned State counsel has submitted that he has instructions to withdraw the present notice with liberty to issue fresh notice in accordance DAVINDER KUMAR 2026.06.24 10:10 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order / judgment

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present writ petition be disposed of but the respondents be bound by the statement made before this Court. 5.

Keeping in view the above said facts and circumstances, present writ petition is disposed of. The respondents would be bound by the statement made before this Court. The notice dated 20.06.2026 stands withdrawn. It would however be open to the respondents to issue fresh notice in accordance with law.
