Prayer made in the present petition is for directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.854 dated 01.10.2022, registered under Sections 147, 149, 323 IPC (Sections 302, 307, 216, 506 IPC added later on) and to arrest the accused persons i.e. respondent Nos.5 & 6.

Learned State counsel on instructions states that in the present case, challan has been presented against other 5 accused on 15.01.2025, while the accused-respondent Nos.5 & 6 have been arrested on 21.01.2026, against whom, supplementary challan shall be presented.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. 4.
