**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus; appropriate directions to respondent Nos.4 and 5 for granting regular parole of 08 weeks leave to the petitioner to meet his family and discharge his family obligations in case FIR No.136 dated 15.12.2020 under Section 20 C of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Nandgarh, Punjab in appeal bearing CRA-A-1168-2024.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

Allowed as prayed for.
