***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Sections 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.93 dated 30.07.2019, registered under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Shambu, District Patiala.
Interim bail was granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.08.2019 and he was directed to appear before the Investigating Officer.
Owing to the non-cooperation rendered by the petitioner, this Court vide order dated 31.01.2020 directed the petitioner to cooperate with the Investigating Officer and interim protection was extended with a clear stiputation that in case of non cooperation done by the petitioner, the interim GEETA RANI 2020.02.07 17:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Today, Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his sister Som Kaur has already surrendered before the police on 04.02.2020.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ajay Kumar has admitted the aforesaid facts.
In view of above, interim protection granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.08.2019, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
Petition stands disposed of.
