Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner at the behest of respondents No.4 to 7 and for directing the official respondents to restrain the private respondents from interfering in her personal life. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a 19 years old girl, who has been forcibly married to respondent No.4, who is 38 years of age. Counsel submits that husband of the petitioner is a drug-addict and alcoholic and he used to mentally and physically harass her and forced her to leave matrimonial home on 28.10.2021. CRWP No.10453 of 2021 {2} Counsel submits that before approaching this Court, petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.10.2021 (Annexure P-2) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Palwal-respondent No.2. He further submits that petitioner would be satisfied, in case direction is issued to the concerned official respondent to look into the representation. Request of counsel for the petitioner has been considered. Without examining the allegations' levelled in the petition or in the representation, petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to examine the representation (Annexure P-2) and to take suitable action thereon, as warranted, in accordance with law.

It is clarified that this order shall not be taken as a stamp of approval on the relationship of the petitioner with Sikandar and they shall be liable for consequences in case of violation of any law. A copy of this order alongwith copy of representation, Annexure P-2 be sent to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Palwal respondent No.2 to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
