Counsel for the appellant has not been able to point out any illegality in the award. The accident stood proved. Involvement of the offending vehicle is not in dispute. It is not in dispute that vehicle was insured on the date of accident. Deceased was a pillion rider and was third party, who is fully covered under the contract of insurance. No breach of term of policy could be pointed out to challenge the liability of insurer. In view thereof finding no merits in the present appeal, the same is dismissed.
