**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.265 dated 21.05.2021, registered at Police Station Kaithal City, District Kaithal, under Section 379 IPC and Section 136 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

Even on the second call, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

None has appeared on behalf of petitioner on the last date of hearing and 22.04.2022 also.

Perusal of the record would show that this Court vide order dated 09.11.2021, had stayed the arrest of the petitioner. Thereafter, vide order dated 21.01.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been directed to join the investigation.

On 22.04.2022, neither there was any representation on behalf of the petitioner nor the petitioner had joined the investigation. AMAN JAIN 2022.09.14 16:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

The petitioner had been enjoying the interim protection since November, 2021 and he cannot be allowed to do the same at the cost of violation of the repeated orders passed by this Court. Since, the petitioner, after availing numerous opportunities, has not bothered to join the investigation, no further indulgence is required to be passed by this Court.

Dismissed.
