The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, for directing the respondents for granting equal pay for equal work to the petitioner.

Petitioner-Chaman Lal Premy prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable him to challenge the speaking order dated 14.11.2023, passed during the pendency of this case.
