By way of present petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, petitioner - Anam @ Suhail @ Suhaib, seeks quashing of impugned order dated 26.02.2026 (Annexure P-4), passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar, in case No. NSPS/136/2024, titled as, "State v. Danish and Anam @ Suhail @ Suhaib" in FIR No.439, dated 12.09.2024, u/s 21(b) of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at P.S. Yamuna Nagar Sadar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in order to explain the reasons for the petitioner's absence, as well as to place on record the order whereby he was earlier released on bail, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one by incorporating all the requisite and relevant particulars/documents. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as sought and recorded here-above.
