RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Despite the case having been called twice, the appellants have gone un-represented.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 3-Insurance Company submits that in view of National Insurance Company Ltd. Vs. Pranay Sethi and others, 2017 (4) RCR (Civil) 1009 (SC), the compensation of `12,78,000/- awarded by the learned Tribunal, vide impugned Award dated 04.09.2014, is liable to be reduced to `12,04,000/-, inasmuch as, an amount of `74,000/- (127800-1204000=74000) has been granted in excess to the appellant-claimants.

Considering this aspect of the matter, it can safely be presumed that neither the appellants nor their counsel are interested in pursuing the instant appeal and, therefore, are not coming forward, since, the last date of hearing i.e. 10.11.2017 to pursue this appeal. Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
