(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of the FIR No.26 dated 10.02.2019 under Sections 452, 324, 323, 427, 148 and 149 of IPC, registered at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential arising thereto and for seeking the issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to take legal action against respondent Nos.4 to 11.

None appears for the petitioners.

The learned State counsel and the counsel for the private respondents contend that the answering respondents are the complainant party in the main case and the accused in the cross case. The report under Section 173(2) stands presented in both the main case and the cross case, and the cases are now ripe for trial.

Therefore, the present petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds raised in the present petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.
