RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No.2 vide impugned order dated 23.07.2020 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, in case FIR No.49, dated 09.03.2020, under Section 376 IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Sector 26, Chandigarh. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present case with liberty to approach the same Court which had granted the bail.
