NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Present appeal has been filed by Smt. Rekha Bhalla and Shri Navneet Bhalla, challenging the award dated 17.10.2013, passed by learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Gurgaon. The appellants have also filed FAO No. 4068 of 2014 through their lawyer Mr. Jaivir S. Chandail.

Mr. Jaivir S. Chandail, who is present in the Court, has pointed out that after receiving proper instructions, FAO No. 4068 of 2014 on behalf of Smt. Rekha Bhalla and Shri Navneet Bhalla was filed. It seems that FAO No. 4981 of 2014 was filed under wrong belief by the same appellants. Moreover, no one has put in appearance in the present case.
