Pursuant to the previous order passed by this Court, State counsel has produced a xerox copy of Memo No.1274, dated 21.08.2025, to submit that the legal notice dated 14.05.2025, served by the petitioner, has been decided and it has been found that final payment of Rs.6,05,616/-, is due to the petitioner, which is to be received from the Punjab Mandi Board. Upon instructions from Mr. Pardeep Kumar, Executive Engineer (Construction), Division No.1, PWD (B&R), Ludhiana, he submits that the amount shall be released to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.

Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the statement made by the State counsel.
