(ORAL) Through this revision, petitioner has laid challenge to the order dated 20.07.2019 of the Judge, Special Court, Patiala, whereby cancellation report filed in favour of the petitioner, was rejected. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that after filing of this revision, charges have been framed against the petitioner. Therefore, the instant revision is not maintainable and may be dismissed, as such.

Ordered accordingly.
