(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner requests that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to have recourse to other alternative efficacious remedy including moving of application before trial Court at appropriate stage in case there is some evidence to show that offence under Section 313 IPC has also been committed.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
