(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 states on instructions that the matter is being compromised and it is almost at final stage. Given such statement, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a quashing petition based on compromise and in case, compromise does not take place then liberty to file a fresh petition on merits by annexing all further additional documents that may be required. Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of the present petition shall not come in the way in case the petitioner files a fresh petition either on compromise or on merits. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
