Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for release of detenue, namely, Sapna Kumari, aged about 17 years, daughter of the present petitioner from the illegal custody of private respondents. 2.

Learned State counsel submitted that the present petition has become rendered infructuous, as the detenue was handed over to the petitioner in Aril, 2025 and a FIR has already been registered. 3.

Heard.

In view of the afore-stated position, the present petition is disposed of as rendered infructuous.
