(Oral) The petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to release the pay matrix level of 7th Pay Commission along with D.A and all other consequential benefits, as they had completed their 05 years of satisfactory service in January/February 2018 and in view of order dated 24.08.2018 (P-11) passed by respondent No. 4 and in view of order dated 17.09.2018 whereby claim of such like person has been found acceptable. Notice of motion.

Ms. Palika Monga, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Keeping in view the fact that the similar benefit has been granted to some of the employees of the same department, in view of the judgment passed by this Court on 17.09.2018 (P-12), this petition is being disposed of with a direction to respondents to releasing benefits of 7th Pay Commission to the petitioners as has been granted to other employees vide order dated 11.05.2018 (Annexure P-13) within a period of four months Gaurav Arora 2019.01.10 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
