Seeking issuance of direcƟon to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the peƟƟoner and also to invesƟgate the FIR capƟoned above, the peƟƟoner has come up before this Court under ArƟcle 226 of ConsƟtuƟon of India. 2.

Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that the limited prayer of the peƟƟoner is to provide protecƟon to the peƟƟoner. 3.

State counsel submits that protecƟon has already been granted. Counsel for private respondent submits that peƟƟoner has nothing to scare from them. 4.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is disposed of with clarificaƟon that from tomorrow onwards, if protecƟon is to be provided, the SHO and Superintendent of Police shall provide the protecƟon at their own aŌer reviewing the threat percepƟon.
