**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 183, dated 19.08.2022, under Sections 21(c) NDPS Act (29 NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station Special Task Force, District STS Wing, Mohali. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the FIR and secondly that his name was arraigned as an accused on the basis of a disclosure statement of co-accused which is legally not admissible. Counsel for the State contends that there is a telephonic conversation between the petitioner and the main accused around 15 minutes prior to the apprehension of the main accused and furthermore, he has a criminal history.

Given above and in the entirety of facts and circumstances, no case for interim bail is made out specifically when the quantity involved is commercial. The present petition stands dismissed.
