Notice of motion.

The matter pertains to auction of flats constructed by Haryana Housing Board in Sectors 1 & 4, Hisar. Petitioner is one of the aspirants of the flat. As per the petitioner, auction commenced on 27.11.2020 wherein auction of 9 flats was completed and, whereafter, it was discontinued. According to the petitioner, auction of rest of 19 flats is to be conducted tomorrow i.e. on 15.12.2020. His only plea is that bid of the petitioner be taken into consideration on the basis of earnest money already deposited by her.

On the asking of the court, Mr. Aman Bahri, Addl.A.G., Haryana, accepts notice.
