Mr. Rajesh Bhatheja, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent No.4, and files his Vakalatnama, which is taken on record and submits that petition has been filed without detailing the complete and correct facts. In fact detenue- Surjit Kaur is residing in Canada since 20.04.2023 along with her daughter and has never come back after the said date. 4.

Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition before the appropriate Forum under the relevant provisions of law. 5.
