The present petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 12.07.2019 (P-1) wherein petitioner was transferred as Senior Assistant in the office of Director, Social Justice as punishment posting based on complaint. 2.

Learned State counsel has relied upon para 9 of the short reply dated 10.11.2022 while stating that during pendency of the writ petition, petitioner has now been transferred near to his hometown vide director office memo No.A-3/6398-6437 dated 27.05.2022 (R-3). 3.
