Main case At this stage, the counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently, there are material omissions made, in the transfer application, as well as the additional affidavit. In the given circumstances, he submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
