**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner before this Court that he was appointed as JBT Teacher (Guest Teacher) in Government Primary School, Khaika, Tehsil Hathin, District Palwal on 27.09.2006. Thereafter, the petitioner fell ill on 01.01.2017 and remained under treatment as he was advised bed rest. The petitioner was declared fit vide letter dated 30.09.2018 but now he is not being allowed to join.

Learned counsel submits that the workload in the respondentschool is still existing and the post is also lying vacant, as per Annexure P-7. Notice of motion On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Rathee, Sr. DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider the Gaurav Arora 2018.12.21 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
