**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 06.11.2018 (P-10) in view of the judgment passed by this Court on 03.10.2016 (Annexure P-7) and to grant the benefits in terms of the judgment itself with all other consequential benefits. Learned counsel at the very outset submits that even the LPA filed by the State against the above said judgment (P-7) stands dismissed. The petitioners who were not a party to the bunch of writ petitions are entitled for the benefit, which is admissible to the candidates, who were the petitioners in the bunch of writ petitions, as the impugned notifications were quashed. But despite this, the respondents are not implementing the judgment qua all the affected employees in State of Haryana Education Department.
