Petitioner has filed petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.59, dated 20.04.2025 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 332, 351(3) and 305 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station City-2 Abohar, District Fazilka, Punjab. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, in pursuance to the order dated July 09, 2025 have already joined the investigation.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Vinod Kumar, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners, vide order dated July 09, 2025 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS, 2023.
