Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the present appeal with permission to file fresh one with better particulars. He further submits that the certified copy of the impugned award may be directed to be returned after supplying the true copy of the same so that in the fresh appeal the certified copy of the impugned award is attached.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned award to learned counsel for the appellant after retaining true photocopy on the record.
