By this application, the applicant-petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition which is otherwise fixed for 17.07.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that a compromise has been effected between the parties and therefore, he wants to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. The date of hearing fixed in the accompanying petition is advanced from 17.07.2024 to today itself. The case is taken up on Board.

Keeping in view the observations made hereinabove, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
