Prayer in this petition is for a direction to the respondents to verify the genuineness of petitioner's candidature in terms of order dated 27.07.2018 in CWP-11761-2017, to include the name of the petitioner in the list of candidates called for verification on 12.12.2018 and to issue unconditional appointment and posting order to the petitioner with continuity of service and consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the State submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been offered appointment vide order dated 04.09.2019. Copy of order dated 04.09.2019 is taken on record subject to just exceptions and another is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. In case, petitioner has any subsisting grievance, liberty is afforded to represent before the competent authority within two weeks of receipt of certified copy of this order.
