Learned State counsel submits that insofar as the FIR is concerned, which was lodged against 9 persons, out of whom, 6 have been found to be innocent, challan against one accused namely Kuldeep Singh stands presented on 19.02.2024; charges were framed on 06.05.2025, whereafter, out of 22 prosecution witnesses, 2 have been examined. He on instructions states that insofar as the representations dated 06.08.2023, 07.08.2023 & 11.08.2023, Annexures P-2 to P-4 respectively for providing security to the petitioner are concerned, the threat perception shall be examined and necessary action, if required, will be taken expeditiously, in accordance with law. 2.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Disposed of accordingly.
