* * * * As agreed, as per statements of learned counsel for the appellants as well as counsel for the Insurance Company, separately recorded, a sum of `2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lac Only) over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellants in full and final settlement of their claim. As per the statement of learned counsel for the appellants, the enhanced amount be paid to appellant No.1-Nirmalla Devi.

Accordingly, we dispose of this case with a direction to the Insurance Company to bring a cheque for `2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lac Only) in the name of appellant No.1-Nirmalla Devi on 08.07.2016 in compliance of this order, failing which, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order. Appeal stands disposed of. However, file be put up on 08.07.2016 for handing over the cheque to the counsel for the appellants. Copy of this order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties and file be consigned to record.
