The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed seeking directions to respondents No.2 to 4 for conducting a free and impartial investigation in FIR No.115 dated 30.06.2022, registered under Sections 21(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur, by constituting a Special Investigation Team. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other alternate remedy, in accordance with law, if the petitioner is having any grievance. 3.
