Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Bijender Singh, Superintendent, District Education Office, Bhiwani, submits that pursuant to last order passed by this Court, the Department has decided one of the representations, dated 16.03.2022, vide order dated 19.09.2023, and the decision has been conveyed to the petitioner as well. He further contends that regarding the second representation, dated 25.07.2022, regarding ACR for the year 2021-22, decision is awaited as the matter is pending before the competent authority. It will be finally decided within four weeks and conveyed to the petitioner.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one PAYAL 2023.09.26 13:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
