Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner - Pritpal Singh, for granting him permission to travel abroad to enable him to attend the Bhog Ceremony, which was to be performed on 28.06.2026, in United Kingdom (U.K.).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the Bhog Ceremony has already been performed by the concerned relatives residing in the U.K., petitioner does not wish to press the present petition, as the prayer made herein, in all probability, has been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, she seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.
