On 09.11.2021, 24.11.2021, 17.12.2021 and 21.02.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Last opportunity was granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to address arguments on 21.02.2022. Today also, despite a pass over, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing this writ petition.
