I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have carefully gone through the record of the case. The allegations against the petitioner are serious. He is alleged to have strangulated the complainant with Gamcha and robbed him of Rs.2,58,500/-. The allegations levelled in the FIR along with the fact that the petitioner is habitual offender dis-entitle him from grant of any concession of bail.

Petition stands dismissed.
