Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from Mr. Sarthak Srivastava - respondent No.5 - who is present in Court, states that status quo ante has since been restored, which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. It has further been pointed out that a speaking order dated 12.08.2025 has since been passed wherein the petitioners have been found to be ineligible for allotment of plots. However, it has been stated that the petitioners' case would be compassionately and positively considered in the ongoing scheme of Mukhyamantri Gramin Awaas Yojana - 2.0. Learned counsel for the respondents has further made a statement, which is also stated in the affidavit of Mr. Sarthak Srivastava - respondent No.5, that till such time as the matter is not considered under the Mukhyamantri Gramin Awaas Yojana - 2.0, the petitioners would not be evicted.
