* * * * As agreed, as per statements of learned counsel for the appellant as well as counsel for the Insurance Company, separately recorded, a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand Only) over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellant in full and final settlement of the claim. As per the statement of learned counsel for the appellant, the enhanced amount be paid to the appellant-Sandeep S/o Sh. Somdutt.

Cheque bearing No.610926 dated 22.06.2018 has also been tendered by the Insurance Company. The same be handed over to learned counsel for the appellant against the signatures for onward transmission to the claimant.

Appeal stands disposed of.
