The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of transfer order dated 02.09.2020 (Annedure P-3).

Learned counsel for the respondent-UOI submits that the petitioner has joined at transferred place of posting, thus, the present petition has become infructuous.

In the wake of statement of learned counsel of the respondents and considering the fact that transfer order was made on 02.09.2020, the petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
