CWP-21065-2022 (O&M) In Para 2 of the application i.e. CM-9132-CWP-2024, it has been averred that the petitioner was not granted compassionate appointment due to family dispute and now, the same has been settled and he may be permitted to approach the respondents seeking compassionate appointment.
