(ORAL) This FAO is pending in this Court since 2013 whereby the appellant is seeking to challenge the order of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gurdaspur dismissing her claim petition on the ground that the claimant had miserably failed to prove the accident in question as well as the injuries received.

A perusal of the interim orders would reflect that as on date the arguing counsel has not appeared to address arguments on merits. On the last two dates when the matter was taken up by the Court, there was no representation on behalf of the counsel for the appellant. Earlier too there was a request for an adjournment.
