**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the Deputy Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Amritsar-I has passed an order on 13th June, 2017 and allowed the refund due to the petitioner.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. Learned State counsel pleads no objection. 3.
