Pursuant to the last order, affidavit has been filed by the petitioner wherein it is stated that he does not wish to lead any evidence in defence.

In view of the affidavit filed by the petitioner, it is abundantly clear that the petitioner herein does not wish to lead evidence in defence. 3.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that the case is now fixed for 18.09.2023 before the Trial Court.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of one month from today.
