SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Petitioners have filed instant petition under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of impugned order dated 10.02.2025 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur in CRM-83-2025 in FIR No.62 dated 15.05.2014 under Sections 307,324,323,506,148,149 IPC and Section 25,27,54 of Arms Act (Section 326 IPC added later on) registered at P.S Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur whereby trial Court has refused to release the petitioner upon undergoing the sentence. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars explaining the involvement of the petitioner in other five FIRs and clarifying whether he is on bail in those cases. Prayer is accepted.
