(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.197 dated 02.08.2019 under Sections 323, 498-A and 34 IPC registered at Police Station Rattia, District Fatehabad. Vide order dated 05.12.2019, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for amicable settlement. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
