Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents are ad idem that all the three plaintiff-respondents, defendant No.2 - Harjit Saini (petitioner herein) and Paramjit Kaur be impleaded as the legal heirs of Lashkar Singh Saini and that no rights would accrue in anyone's favour on the basis of said impleadment.

In view of the above, present revision petition is disposed off with a direction that all the three plaintiff-respondents, defendant No.2 - Harjit Saini (petitioner herein) and Paramjit Kaur are impleaded as the legal heirs of Lashkar Singh Saini. No rights would accrue in anyone's favour on the basis of said impleadment. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
