Present petition has been filed for the grant of benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in respect of FIR No.323 dated 09.06.2026 registered under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 at Police Station Assandh, District Karnal (Annexure P/1). 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has already been arrested. 3.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to avail an appropriate remedy. 3.
